About Rudy

A Framework Built
From the Inside

Rudy Bailey, MBA is the founder of THRIVE2DAY Leadership Lab and creator of the 60-Minute Leader™ framework, a structured approach designed to help leaders restore capacity, reduce burnout, and lead with clarity and consistency in the moments that matter most.

With nearly two decades of experience leading in complex healthcare environments, Rudy has guided multi-site teams through operational challenges, workforce shortages, and large-scale organizational change—including the demands of a global pandemic. His work focuses on a critical but often overlooked gap in leadership development: the gradual erosion of leadership capacity—what he defines as Leadership Drift.

What prompted Rudy to develop the 60-Minute Leader™ framework wasn’t learned in theory—it was built from the wreckage of a life lived without margin. Years of operating in 50–60 hour workweeks, constant pressure, and sustained demands led to burnout—and eventually a mini-stroke—forcing a hard and necessary re-evaluation of how leadership is practiced and sustained.

Through that experience, Rudy identified a pattern he now sees in leaders everywhere: not a failure of knowledge, but a slow drift away from clarity, presence, and intentional leadership caused by depleted capacity.

Today, through THRIVE2DAY Leadership Lab, Rudy partners with organizations and individuals to help leaders recognize and reverse Leadership Drift—equipping them with practical tools to protect their energy, operate with intention, and deliver sustainable, high-impact leadership in both their professional and personal lives.

Rudy holds a B.S. in Healthcare Management and Leadership, an MBA in Organizational Leadership, and is a Prosci-certified Change Management Practitioner.
